Glenshee is Scotland’s largest Ski Centre and with the extensive terrain available, it is always advisable to book some lessons. Whether it’s for Skiing or Snowboarding, we have lots on offer.

Group vs Private Lessons
Group Lessons are a great way to meet new friends. You will be placed in a group of similar ability level and the instructor will look after the entire group. You will have great fun all learning together with no doubt plenty of laughs along the way. These lessons are more cost effective than the private option and are great for beginners who are just starting out.
Private Lessons can really focus on specific skills that you wish to improve on and you will have more one on one time with your instructor. They are more expensive but great fun. Beyond Level 4 ability we don’t have many group lessons therefore it’s always best to look at a private lesson.
Our group lessons need a minimum of 3 participants for the group to run. On weekends and during holiday periods this is always achievable. On occasion, during the mid week period, if we do not have the required amount for a group lesson you will be contacted with alternative options.
Lesson times
Lesson times start at 8.45am. The popular start times are 10am and 1245pm but alternative start times are available depending on bookings and instructor availability.
During the busy holiday periods/weekends we generally offer group and private lessons in the morning and again in the afternoon.
If you are booking both morning and afternoon lessons on the same day we will always, where possible, try to allocate the same instructor for both sessions.
What is best for you?
There are plenty of things to think about when booking lessons. Are you confident in a group environment or would you prefer 1-1 coaching?
Travel time and the sorting out of equipment hire/lift passes all take time and many people are caught out with the amount of time it actually takes and miss the start time of their lesson. Important: the lesson start time is the time the lesson departs the ski school building ready to go with boots on and passes collected.
Online Booking System
Will generally reflect the daily availability of lessons on our online booking system however, if you cannot find the lesson you are looking for email bookings@skischoolglenshee.co.uk with your request and we will endeavour to arrange the lesson(s) for you. Instructor availability generally dictates our availability.
Payment
You can book lessons over the phone and pay by card but the easier way is to use our online booking system payable again by card or by PayPal.
Discounts
If you book 5 or more lessons together a 10% discount will be applied at checkout.
